Recently, the Djibouti Ports and Free Zone Authority implements its official format and declares: all cargo discharged at Djibouti would request ECTN since 15th June regardless the final destination.

Reporting from the Djibouti CTN website, the cost of issuing ECTN is USD100/TEU; USD150/FEU.
